Day of Coordination
With Day of Coordination, you’ll have us by your side the day of your event. We’ll handle all the legwork on your special day to make sure you have what you need and your event is decorated as envisioned.
Starting 2 weeks before Event
$800
Day of Coordination includes:
- 1 site visit (if applicable)
- Staging of décor items
- Coordination with venue staff
- Creation and distribution of event day timeline to all vendors
- (1) Event assistants on-site day-of
- Execute event day according to timeline and ensure all
- vendors are accounted for
- Oversee breakdown of the event and ensure all personal items are returned to client
Month End Coordination
With Month End Coordination, you’ll have us by your side starting 45 days before your event. We will tie up all of the loose ends and ensure that all of your vendors and details are organized for your big day. We will ensure that the day of goes as planned.

Month End Coordination includes: 2 site visits (if applicable) Management of structural event elements including tenting, flooring, and staging of décor items Coordination with venue staff, and other vendors to ensure timeline visibility

Full Planning and Design
With full planning, you’ll have us by your side every step of the way. We’ll handle all the legwork to assemble the perfect team for your big day. We’ll also craft a personalized design plan that incorporates unique details and meaningful touches to every aspect of your event so that your wedding feels like an extension of you.

- Sourcing of custom design pieces including event furnishings and décor
- Curation of paper suite to include: invitations, place cards, name cards, signage, etc.

Starting 1 year prior to event
$3500
- Coordination with venue staff
- Creation and distribution of event day timeline to all vendors and VIP’s
- Run rehearsal prior to wedding day
